We are seeking a dynamic Sales Intern with a flair for fashion and a passion for driving business growth. This role is critical in generating leads, engaging potential clients, and ensuring their visit to our studio, thereby contributing directly to our sales and customer satisfaction.
- Generate at least 25 leads per week to ensure a minimum of 4 customer visits to the studio.
- Engage in cold calling and direct outreach to potential clients, effectively communicating the value and uniqueness of Aayra Design Studio’s offerings.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into appointments, ensuring a seamless and persuasive customer journey.
- Work closely with the design team to stay updated on the latest collections and offerings.
- Currently pursuing or have recently completed an MBA in Sales and Marketing.
- Prior experience in sales, especially in the B2C sector, is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade.
- A keen interest in fashion and understanding of current trends.
- Self-motivated, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Comprehensive sales training and strategic guidance will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills for success.
